Tell us what you cut. We send back a machine.

Every configuration starts from the work it has to do. Send a few drawings and your typical slab, and we size the strokes, blade, spindle and handling around them.

You send

  • Materials and slab thickness
  • Products: countertops, vanity tops, cladding, stairs, shaped pieces
  • Largest slab size and target daily output
  • Part drawings (DXF or PDF), current machines, CAD/CAM software

We return

  • Machine configuration with datasheet
  • Cycle-time estimate for your typical job
  • Cutting test on your material, with video and measurements
  • Layout drawing: footprint, power, water, compressed air

Cutting videos on request

We send recent footage of a 5-axis CNC bridge saw from the production line, cutting a material close to yours.

The 5-axis bridge saw

Monoblock structure, rotating and tilting head, fixed worktable. X, Y, Z, C-axis rotation and A-axis tilt move together, so mitered aprons, waterfall ends, inclined cuts and shaped pieces run in one program without moving the slab.

Add an ISO 40 electrospindle for core drilling and sink cutouts, a vacuum manipulator to move cut pieces clear, and a camera for slab photo layout and vein matching.

Standards and documentation

See it cut before you decide

Denizli sits below the Pamukkale travertine terraces and has worked stone for centuries. Fly in, watch the machine cut your slabs at the production site, and go through the configuration with the engineers who build and commission it.

Private transfer from Denizli (DNZ), İzmir (ADB) or Antalya (AYT) airport, and hotel recommendations near the factory.
